This course will equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively plan and execute construction and renovation projects, particularly in the unique context of Safari Lodges operating in remote and ecologically sensitive areas. The course focuses on project scoping, budgeting, and resource allocation specific to this industry, with an emphasis on sustainable and eco-friendly practices. Participants will gain insights into common risks related to natural encounters, environmental regulations, and community engagement, learning how to navigate these challenges effectively.
